Georgian Crystal

Georgian Crystal

A strong ‘bite’ when eaten raw and a smooth buttery flavor when roasted.  Like most of the porcelain garlic varieties, it is a good keeper. Georgian Crystal is originally from the former East Germany Gatersleben Seed Bank and was known as Cichisdzhvari.  Try pronouncing that while you are enjoying this wonderful garlic.

Acquired from a near-by Central Minnesota garlic grower. Also known as German White or Northern White, this northern garlic thrives in Minnesota and has a reputation for a bit more heat than other porcelains.

Metechi

This garlic tends to be a good keeper and a fiery garlic when raw. We especially enjoy its nutty flavor when roasted.  Metechi is a marbled purple stripe.

    We will ship once the garlic is ready and we have payment. You can email Chris to arrange for pick-up or delivery if you are in the Saint Cloud area to save shipping costs.

    The shipping charges below are for locations in Minnesota and the four adjacent states (Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota) plus Nebraska and Illinois. We proudly use Spee-Dee delivery, a family-owned regional delivery company for these states. If you are outside this seven state area, we will email you with the correct shipping charges once we receive your order. Shipping costs are based on order size and are as follows:
